This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing project management frameworks, aligning practices with strategic business objectives, and driving organisational excellence. How You Will Make an Impact

Design and implement project management frameworks in line with central PMO practices. Drive the development of the organisational project management maturity model. Align project management practices with strategic business objectives to ensure impactful outcomes. Implement and maintain governance policies and best practices across the Enterprise Modernization Program (EMP). Manage and optimise the EMP portfolio, conducting comprehensive risk assessments and aligning investments with organisational strategy. Develop standardised processes, templates, and guidelines to enhance project management effectiveness. Deliver executive-level reporting dashboards, project health assessments, and performance metrics. Provide thought leadership and strategic insights on project portfolio performance. Coach and mentor project managers to build competencies and foster career progression. Design and lead project management training programmes to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Proven expertise in project and portfolio management, including governance and risk management. Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring project management professionals. Exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills. A proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Proficiency in designing frameworks, processes, and tools to support organisational objectives. The ability to work collaboratively across departments to align practices with business goals.
