Barnardo's Highland Clover service works in partnership with Highland Council to provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people with additional support needs and care experience to heal, learn, and grow. Clover stands for Care, Love, and Respect, reflecting the values that underpin our service and inform our approach to our children, young people, and each other. Our mission is to help children and young people to rebuild their sense of safety and self-worth, empowering them to thrive despite their past experiences. We are seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner to support our dedicated team in caring for our children and young people who have experienced significant trauma. The ideal candidate would have an excellent understanding of trauma-informed practice and the skills to support a team delivering this. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing leadership, guidance, and expertise to the team. You will be working closely with them to ensure that the highest standards of practice are maintained while also demonstrating a pragmatic approach to complex challenges. We are looking for someone who is approachable and able to express themselves clearly and effectively to build strong enduring relationships. At Barnardo's, we're dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
