Full-time Main duties of the Social Worker: Provide leadership and expertise to support children and families facing complex challenges, including court cases, child protection conferences, and issues related to extra-familial harm such as CSE. Manage a reduced caseload of 8-12 families, providing high-quality risk assessments and interventions. Support and mentor team members, promoting best practice in child protection and family support. Lead on court cases, preparing high-quality court reports and providing expert testimony. Chair and contribute to CP conferences, CIN meetings, and multi-agency discussions. Requirements of the Social Worker: Degree or equivalent in social work. Current Social Work England registration.
