Senior Practitioner: Children's Social Care - Safeguarding

Within this role, you will be a part of an ambitious service alongside a small cluster team which offers you a strong transformation process to grow into the role. You will also have a very manageable caseload, which is great for work/life balance.
Complex cases are shared equally across the team, and you will be tasked to undertake risk analysis/risk assessment based on informed professional judgement and evidence. You need to have a good understanding of safeguarding thresholds to assess good knowledge of child development and permanency needs of children of all ages.
