You will be responsible for ensuring that the data held in Adult Social Care is accurate and clear, identifying updates and any barriers to resolving immigration status. This may involve the completion of Care Act assessments and Human Rights assessments where required. You will also be working with managers in case management to draw up guidance and process documents and implement an action plan to ensure the sustainability of this work.
