The team supports older people and adults with physical disabilities. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, supportive, and highly motivated team. The senior will work alongside other senior practitioners and will assist with prioritising referrals, allocations, supervising and supporting team members, deputising for the team manager, and managing a small caseload.
You will have solid knowledge of legislation and guidance relevant to your role and ideally, previous experience of working in front-line adult services.
