Managing and optimising pricing strategies for the company. Key responsibilities include monitoring fee adjustments, analysing market trends, and supporting system changes to ensure accurate revenue calculations. The role also requires strong financial and analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively monitor fee adjustments both internally and from third parties. Communicate and monitor the technical implications and revenue impact of these changes. Support system change requests and testing systems for cost and revenue assurance. Help create and manage Net Revenue calculation models and dashboards. Develop market insights through existing data and competitor analysis. Large data extraction, synthesis from various sources and analysis to support pricing activities. Contact point for all technical and non-technical pricing queries. Support the team in month-end activities. Support pricing governance with a fair value, customer-centric approach to pricing. Commercial lead for tender documentation and negotiations, supporting new tenders, renewals of contracts, and new income-generating opportunities. Deliver pricing training and maintain a pricing resource centre. COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOUR)

Financial and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong communicator with experience in writing for a range of audiences, including senior leaders and non-specialists. Adept at problem-solving, using excellent analytical skills and systems to make sense of issues. Ability to work on own initiative and within tight timescales. Strong organisation and planning skills. QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in data analysis with tools such as Microsoft Excel / SQL. Degree qualified or relevant experience. Payments industry knowledge would be an advantage.
