Senior-Principle Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services Are you an ambitious Mechanical focused Building Services design professional seeking a challenge offering the opportunity to progress and develop your career? This role, initially focused on an Senior to Principal Mechanical designer, is a rounded position within a multi-office Building Services Consultant providing the chance to mentor, develop junior team members, client-focused with fast-tracked progression should you so desire. The Role - Autonomous leading of projects simultaneously undertaking detailed drawing, design, calculation, specification reporting of Mechanical systems Ensure all bespoke project requirements are conducted in line with relevant building codes, British Standards and regulation Putting together specific documentation, technical reports, continual client, fellow professional updating from inception to project handover, completion Requirements - Possessing relevant Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering degree or further education qualification Previous background operating within Building Services Consultant, M&E Contractor, similar position Knowledge of industry recognised Mechanical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, calculation tools Package - To 65k per annum 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays Commutable from Birmingham, Stoke On Trent, Derby, Uttoxeter.
