My client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their thriving office in South West London
Key Responsibilities
Advising new and existing clients effectively and efficiently, recording all advice given. Regular client liaison and coordination with third parties, including expert witnesses, courts, counsel, beneficiaries, probate registry, and HMRC. Working closely with secretarial staff to ensure the timely preparation of legal documents. Staying up to date with professional development and best practices. Accurately recording billable time and ensuring timely client billing. Complying with SRA regulations regarding client accounts, professional conduct, and client care. Proactively engaging in business development activities to promote the firm’s services. Meeting set billing and chargeable hour targets. The Ideal Candidate: At least 5 years’ PQE in private client law Confident in managing own caseload, Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong business development and networking abilities will be an asset in contributing to the department’s ongoing growth.
