Senior Private Client Solicitor
to join a well-established and highly reputable Legal 500 law firm in Bishop's Stortford, Herts.
You will be given the opportunity to work for and manage a Legal 500 growing private client department. The successful candidate will join this law firm and work on a great quality caseload which lends to HNW families and generations!
The ideal candidate must: Have 5 - 10+ years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practice. Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax. Desirable qualities:
A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal. Personal attributes: A client-centered focus and proactively maximizing client relationships. A can-do, motivated & positive attitude. Excellent communicator both written & oral.
