Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse and comprehensive private client caseload. Take on leadership responsibilities by heading a division within the Private Client Department. Supervise and mentor more junior members of team Contribute to the continued growth and enhancement of the firm’s strong reputation in private client services. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with other professionals, including accountants, financial advisers, and care agencies, to provide well-rounded advice to clients. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or STEP Member with substantial experience in Private Client law. Ideally, 4-5 years of experience in managing a diverse caseload of private client matters. Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members. Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume caseload independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional referrers. Strong IT skills. Proven financial acumen and a commercial mindset.
