Penspen (www.penspen.com) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer.

You will have demonstrable 5 years of experience with modelling capabilities (HYSYS, Pipesim).

Only apply if you have at least 5 years of experience with HYSYS and Pipesim.

The Senior Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes using advanced engineering techniques.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

Create and interpret schematics for tooling and equipment setups.

Utilise SolidWorks and AutoCAD for designing components and layouts.

Oversee the injection moulding process, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with production teams to assemble components and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Work with logic controllers to automate processes where applicable.

Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and production staff.

Maintain thorough documentation of process changes, improvements, and project developments.
