Senior Process Engineer

Senior Process Engineer focuses on processing design and engineering including performing process simulations.

What the role involves

• Processing design and engineering including performing process simulations.
• Process optimisation and sizing and selection of equipment.
• Preparation of various engineering deliverables such as Process Flow Diagrams, Heat & Mass Balance, P&ID’s.
• Supporting of process safety activities under the guidance of the Lead Technical Safety Engineer.
• Coordination of engineering activities with other disciplines and departments.
• Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications, and calculations.

Skills and requirements

• A master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Knowledge of HYSYS (or UNISIM) Process Steady-state Simulation Software, also knowledge of AspenONE Process Engineering suite is an advantage.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to deliver optimal solutions.
