Purpose of Position: Responsible for Engineering duties as assigned Responsibilities: Continuous improvement of processes, using Lean tools, participating in, and leading Kaizens. Process engineering, problem solving and implementing solutions in a timely manner. Managing and presenting data and improvement plans. Support NPI and specification of New Equipment. Manage change process and documentation. Responsibility for all moulding processes at Hampton Park West facility. Requirements: Required: 5 years' experience in a similar role, with Lean methodology. Problem solving skills and methodology. Good Communication Skills. Ability to read technical drawings. IT Skills (Excel, Visio). Practical hands-on Person. Leadership skills. Project management experience. Significant Process Engineering exposure in an engineering-based manufacturing environment. Desirable: Knowledge of Avon product functionality. Knowledge of materials (rubber, metallurgy, plastics). Basic finance. CAD skills.
