Responsibilities: Scope projects, set KPIs, and support innovation and improvement plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products on time, influencing from concept to delivery. Manage trials, ensuring they align with critical paths and budgets, and resolve issues proactively. Oversee customer panels for approval, ensuring compliance with business standards. Proactively plan the critical path, ensuring product launches meet timelines and customer specs. Communicate process changes that affect costs, manage trial budgets, and escalate issues to stakeholders. Drive problem-solving to improve products and manufacturing processes, using root cause analysis. Ensure audit readiness by reviewing food safety and customer COP validations. What you will need: Food Safety Level 3 and/or HACCP Level 2. Previous experience in food manufacturing in a similar position. Exposure to customer trials and critical path management.
