Senior Process Technologist Lincolnshire £ Based on experience + bonus and benefits An ambitious Process Technologist’s dream? Working on innovative, first to market product launches at a site with an impressive array of manufacturing kit. As Senior Process Technologist here, you’ll have the opportunity to work on varied, high-profile NPD projects for a leading retail customer. If you love being in the factory, enjoy working across a range of processes and equipment, this is a super-varied role to get stuck into. This site produces a large range of complex SKUs using a variety of cooking and processing methods. It’s a well-invested factory with an array of equipment and you’ll be working across all areas of the site. As Senior Technologist you’ll support the Process Manager in directing and coaching the Process Technologists. You’ll be working on a high number of new product launches, building week trial plans, and allocating resources to deliver projects on time. You’ll plan, lead, and assess the results of factory trials, working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments. You’ll be working for a talented and supportive Process Manager who has a keen focus on training and developing their team. You’ll have the opportunity to build on your skills, take on new responsibilities and projects to further your career. This role is mainly site-based working Mon-Fri days. It will involve some evenings/weekends to cover trials and some travel both to other sites and suppliers. It’s an incredibly varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to have solid experience as a Process Technologist gained within a complex manufacturing site/product category. It’s key that you have experience in high risk/high care production and assessing microbiological and nutritional results. This role would suit someone looking for a challenge who enjoys being in the factory and is a naturally curious problem solver. The salary range is broad and dependent on experience.
