We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior procurement officer looking to develop their career at Chesterfield Borough Council. Working as part of a procurement team, you will be a dynamic self-starter, capable of enhancing relationships with stakeholders to drive productive collaboration and effective forward planning to manage non-pay spend activity within the context of public procurement regulations. The post-holder will be an integral part of the team working in partnership with senior managers to develop innovative procurement strategies for a diverse range of procurement categories, which identify efficiencies and directorate savings, bringing quantifiable benefits to the borough. This is an exciting opportunity which will enable you to challenge yourself professionally as an integral and valued member of the Chesterfield Borough Council team.
