We are in search of a Procurement Data Analytics Lead who will play a crucial role in harnessing data to drive strategic procurement decisions and streamline our operations. As the Procurement Data Analytics Lead, you will oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting processes related to procurement activities. Your expertise will support cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies, enhance supplier relationships, and reduce costs. You will build reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning across the organization. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyse procurement data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making. Strategic Sourcing:

Support the procurement and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven sourcing strategies. Support supplier selection and evaluation processes with robust data insights. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements through data analysis. Process Improvement:

Lead initiatives to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Implement best practices in procurement data analytics and ensure data integrity. Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through data-driven insights. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with procurement, finance, engineering, and IT teams to ensure alignment of data analytics initiatives with business goals. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Provide training and support to procurement team members on data analytics tools and techniques. What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, data analytics, or a related field, preferably within the automotive industry. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Strong knowledge of procurement in relation to sourcing, order placement, supplier risk management, in order to provide a vision and influence on creation of data / dashboards. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in data analysis software and tools. Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
