We’re on the hunt for a Senior Producer to join and lead our rapidly expanding Production team. As a social agency, no day is the same. You’ve probably read ‘fast-paced’ a lot on these job boards, but we’re about to say it again: it’s a fast-paced environment, but that also means faster learnings, more experiences and quicker development. We genuinely want to help you progress as much as you want to. We can truly say no day will be the same as a Senior Producer at Spin: from running shoots in exciting locations, overseeing content created by the team for a variety of clients, browsing TikTok for inspiration, creating storyboards for adverts, through to playing a key role in the upskilling and progression of our team. The job role is unbelievably diverse, and we can promise you’ll never be twiddling your thumbs! What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and mentor a team of producers while maintaining strong relationships with freelancers. Drive professional development within the team across key skills such as producing, shooting, and lighting. Ensure the team remains at the forefront of trends, delivering innovative, cutting-edge content. Maintain quality assurance by ensuring deliverables consistently meet the highest standards. Continuously enhance the agency’s social-first video & photography output. Address team challenges with a proactive, solution-focused approach. Talent & Third-Party Sourcing

Source, vet, and onboard talent, including freelancers, production crews, and third-party contractors, to deliver exceptional project outcomes. Build and maintain a network of reliable contractors to ensure excellent delivery of work. Negotiate contracts and agreements to align with quality, timeline, and budget expectations. Partner with editing, creative, design, and post-production teams to produce the highest quality of output. Collaborate with the Client Leadership team from start to finish across our video productions, bringing the output to life through talent & 3rd party selection, and brief elevation beyond the idea. Work alongside post-production and creative teams to bring footage to life with compelling edits and storytelling. Product Development

Develop planned and reactive production products to position the agency as a leader in social-first video. Explore innovative production approaches to meet diverse client needs and budgets. Budget Management

Oversee, manage, and track production budgets. Negotiate contracts with 3rd party contractors & talent to ensure value. Identify and implement cost-saving measures where possible without compromising on quality. What We Need From You
