Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer with knowledge of various artforms to work with the Inspire Youth Arts Manager, lead the creative team, and collaborate with partners, artists, stakeholders, and funders to develop inspiring, inclusive arts and cultural opportunities for young people. We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer with knowledge of a range of artforms. The post holder will be required to work dynamically with the Inspire Youth Arts Manager to lead the IYA creative team and to work with a range of partners, artists, stakeholders, and funders to develop inspiring and inclusive arts and cultural opportunities for young people. We are looking for an experienced events professional, ideally with experience in the cultural or creative sectors, who has a strong understanding of events programming and management, a flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to teamwork, experience of successful bid writing and excellent project management and communication skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential. You will have excellent understanding and knowledge of youth engagement, health and safety and safeguarding young people. Working 37 hours per week including some weekend and evening working, the postholder will be based at The Old Library in Mansfield, with home working supported. The ability to travel across the county by your own means is essential. We are committed to creating a safe working environment.
