Senior Product Designer

to contribute your creative skills and insights across various aspects of our product. Your central role will involve collaborating closely with different teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful design experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about making a real impact in the world of esports. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Be a Design Generalist: Collaborate across product areas, stepping into varied challenges to support teams in delivering consistent, high-quality design solutions. Understand the User: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative user research to uncover insights into user behaviours, pain points, and opportunities for innovation. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions. Craft Product Experiences: Use your expertise to design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences that resonate with the diverse needs, behaviours, and expectations of millions of users across different cultures, regions, and demographics. Prototype and Test Ideas: Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to iterate and validate design concepts. Champion Consistency: Advocate for and contribute to the evolution of our design language and component libraries, ensuring a seamless and cohesive brand experience. Requirements:

Experience and Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects across various platforms. Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams with a willingness to embrace new challenges. User-Centred Mindset: Experience conducting and analyzing user research to inform data-driven design decisions. Strong empathy for users, with the ability to translate complex needs into elegant design solutions. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present and communicate design ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A proactive attitude and willingness to seek out feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Passion for Gaming and Esports: A deep appreciation for gaming, esports, and the competitive gaming community.
