Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer focuses on plan and conduct discovery and evaluative research for ai-enabled experiences, including concept testing, usability testing, preference testing, and workflows-in-context.

What the role involves

• Plan and conduct discovery and evaluative research for AI-enabled experiences, including concept testing, usability testing, preference testing, and workflows-in-context.
• Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform design decisions, iterate on solutions, and contribute to success metrics with Product.
• Contribute AI-ready components, interaction patterns, and documentation to the global design system, maintaining a high-quality bar through design critique.
• Supporting and collaborate with other designers by sharing product thinking, interaction design approaches, AI UX considerations, and workflow optimisation practices.
• Be an active contributor to an experimental, evidence-driven design culture.
• 5+ years product design experience favouring complex enterprise web applications, with 1+ years in a Senior capacity.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in design, psychology, business, statistics, human-computer interaction (HCI), related field or equivalent experience is a plus.
