The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Developer & Merchandiser to join our Leicester team at our Manufacturing Centre - ChuLeic!
Responsibilities:
Receive all tech packs from customers and allocate workload amongst the sample room.
Work with the sample room to organise prioritisation and ensure all fabric and accessories are ordered to arrive in time.
Manage customer priority and sample critical path ensuring deadlines are being met.
Communicate with customers on all production development stages to ensure all fit approval and photoshoot sample deadlines are met.
Follow up on all colour/print and trim approvals.
Adopt a problem-solving approach.
Production Responsibilities:
Receive all orders from the customer and work with the production team to plan intake and ensure we can meet the required delivery date.
Work with the production team to organise production prioritisation.
Follow up with the production team to ensure fabric and trims arrive for production.
Own full customer communication on critical path and update all delivery dates, communicating delays.
Review all orders in a late status and problem solve.
