I am looking to speak with full stack Product Engineers with a frontend focus who would be interested in joining a leading climate intelligence company that is accelerating the deployment of climate tech solutions through cutting-edge data, analytics, and research. Their subscription-based intelligence platform equips investors, corporates, and governments with the insights needed to confidently build and finance the new climate economy. Since launching their core product in late 2023, the business has seen significant success and continuous growth. The team is now expanding their platform by integrating innovative tools and AI-enabled solutions, further empowering their clients to make informed decisions in the climate tech space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of highly skilled professionals on a permanent basis with offices in central London. What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be working across the front-end (React, TypeScript, CSS), the backend (Python, Django), and doing basic infrastructure (AWS) too, implementing features across the entire stack. This is a very hands-on, delivery-focused role in a scale-up environment. Because of this, we are looking for highly skilled, adaptable, and sharp engineers who can adjust quickly to new plans and directions. Bonus points for someone who has some experience in using AI (the team currently uses OpenAI’s API) to extract data from PDFs, and/or any experience in automated data collection techniques. But this is not essential. What experience you’ll need

5+ years of software engineering experience. Experience working in a start-up environment. Front-end (React, TypeScript, CSS). Back-end (Python, Django). Infrastructure (AWS). Excellent communication skills. Great team player, you love collaborating. Interview Process:

Call with the VP of Engineering to answer any questions (30 mins) Technical Pairing Session (~2 hours) Meet the Founders (30 mins) Reference checks + offer What you’ll get in return for your talents

Generous base salary up to £110,000 Stock options 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Work on an impactful product Flexible working - Once a week in the London office What next?
