Senior Product Engineer

to help deliver our products on time, to specification, and within budget while adhering to Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) principles. Key Responsibilities of our Senior Product Engineer:

Manage product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. Conduct feasibility studies on New Product Introductions (NPIs) and oversee engineering changes. Support manufacturing, sourcing, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to reduce costs and enhance product performance. Provide technical support on custom designs and ensure engineering quality across the board. What You’ll Bring:

HNC/D or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering. Proven experience in DFMA, production engineering, and project management. Strong technical drawing interpretation, root cause analysis, and cost estimation skills. Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring abilities. Passion for engineering and a proactive, energetic approach. Desirable Experience:
