This role is pivotal in driving the development of new products from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained quality. Responsibilities for the Senior Product Engineer:
Optimising designs for manufacturability, reliability, and testability. Developing test plans, characterising devices, and coordinating validation efforts. Overseeing product qualification and ensuring smooth transfer to high-volume production. Analysing data to optimise yields, reduce costs, and resolve production issues. Driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for quality improvement. Leading projects and managing documentation for product releases. Essential Qualifications for the Senior Product Engineer:
Years of Test/Product engineering experience. Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, NPI, high-speed digital components, and quality standards.
