We're looking for a Senior Level Technical Support Specialist / Product Engineer to join a leading provider of integrated technology solutions, working with cutting-edge access control, security systems, home automation, and fire alarm solutions. This role offers a fantastic blend of hands-on technical support and customer interaction, making it an exciting opportunity for someone eager to work across multiple industries.

About the Role: As a Senior Technical Support Specialist / Product Engineer, you'll provide both on-site and remote support, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert troubleshooting and problem resolution. You'll work closely with various teams, including Development, Sales, and Product Management, handling multiple technical challenges in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing IT support for hardware, software, and low-voltage electrical equipment. Installing and configuring cutting-edge solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via tools like TeamViewer and Quick Assist. Conducting root cause analysis and providing solutions. Offering remote and on-site support across the UK and overseas. Managing the support ticketing system, ensuring prompt issue resolution. Conducting customer training on the full product range. Preparing site visit reports and technical bulletins.

What We're Looking For: Electrical Knowledge:

17th or 18th Edition certification (essential). IT Skills:

Strong understanding of IP addresses, routers, switches, bridges, and experience with MS SQL and cloud-based solutions. Customer Service:

A passion for delivering outstanding customer support, both in-person and remotely. Technical Background:

Experience in IT systems, office printers, hospital equipment, or manufacturing environments welcomed.
