We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Marketing team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Madrid. How you make the difference This position is crucial for Bolton as it drives the strategic brands for the Tuna & Seafood category. The expected outcome is to bring value to the category and develop the strategy to improve brands performance. How your agenda looks like: Management of the assigned brand, being responsible for the definition and execution of the marketing plan, both trade and online. Planning, management and control of the brand’s marketing mix leverages. Coordination of the actions established with the different departments of the organization, guaranteeing good teamwork, collaborating closely with the sales and trade marketing department. Relationship with suppliers and marketing/PR/digital agencies. Your team: You will report directly to the Group Product Manager Tuna & Seafood. What makes you a great fit: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration. Work Experience: minimum 4/5 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally in the food/FMCG sector. Technical Skills: high level of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Soft skills: Creativity, proactivity, negotiation and communication skills are a must. Ability to adapt to changing environments and looking for solutions. Hard skills: strong analytical capabilities on market data and consumer insights. Local language: proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
