Senior Product Manager

to lead the charge in compliance and financial crime prevention. This is a senior role, that will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). You’ll be a key player in shaping the product strategy and driving critical projects in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver product strategies for compliance and financial crime prevention. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment. Drive innovation while ensuring scalability and security. Use data-driven insights to optimize products and drive continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in Product Management, particularly in FinTech and payments. MUST HAVE Hands-on experience in compliance, financial crime, and regulatory projects. Proven track record in high-volume transaction environments. Strong data skills; comfortable with analysing raw data sets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a results-driven approach.
