product line. Drive the delivery of new features, such as reporting for noise, vehicles, streets, and bicycles, ensuring integration with existing council processes and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery managers, software developers, data analysts, researchers, and designers. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure product decisions are understood and aligned with organisational goals. Manage fast-paced, complex programmes with defined outputs and timelines, ensuring the product meets business needs and user expectations. Make informed product decisions, confidently communicating progress and goals within the team. Essential Skills and Experience: Extensive experience working in agile product teams. Proven experience in senior-level product management within a product team. A strong track record of managing complex, fast-paced projects with defined outputs and deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a "can do" attitude. Evidence of effective decision-making, ensuring product decisions are clearly communicated within the team. Desirable Experience: Experience with AI technology, particularly in product development. Familiarity with local or central government environments. Working Environment: Hybrid working model, with a requirement to be in the City Hall office at least one day per week (near Victoria).
