As a Sr. Product Manager on the Consumer Payments team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of consumer financial services, commerce, and payments. The Consumer Payments team’s mission is to empower customers to seamlessly use their preferred payment methods while safeguarding their financial health. We achieve this by driving payment acceptance and performance, scaling and enriching our platform, and leveraging emerging technologies to deliver a payment experience that is reliable, secure, and effortless. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Analytics, Finance, Partnerships, and other Product teams, to enhance the payment experience for all our users and drive meaningful impact on key business goals. You should be outcomes-driven, possess a strong bias for action, and thrive in navigating complex opportunities with multiple internal and external dependencies. What You'll Do

Drive Payment Performance.

Own key initiatives across our platform to improve how we manage instruments, enable new payment methods, and drive payment performance. Be a Payments Expert.

Be a trusted source on payments leveraging industry trends, new developments across payment methods, networks, and processors to shape our platform capabilities and roadmap. Build for Scale.

Lead and guide product direction for a cross-functional team of engineering, analytics, and platform partners. All with a platform mindset. Product Discovery and Opportunity Identification.

Identify new product opportunities and set a comprehensive roadmap that’s informed by data analysis, qualitative research, and your own discovery. Opportunity Definition.

Define product objectives, work with engineering and partners to drive requirements, ultimately lead execution to launch key products and features. Senior Leader Interaction.

Interact effectively with senior leaders presenting insights and strategies that drive our company’s objectives. What We Look For

5+ years of product management experience in the software tech industry. Payment processing/money movement operations, wallets/payment methods, or open banking experience a plus. Track record of experimenting and successfully launching at scale. Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience. Very good at influencing leadership and cross-functional teams. Solid technical chops that allow you to have in-depth technical discussions and opinions. Excellent at identifying and prioritizing high impact initiatives. Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch. The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans. Excellent at establishing cross-functional relationships, tapping into those relationships and driving consensus to make progress. Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Grade

- N Equity Grade

- UK 5 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company). GBR base pay range per year:

£117,000 - 157,000 Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company! The majority of our roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment. Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
