Environmental aims to transform the way Sellers can fulfil their Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) compliance obligations in the EU, and help them sell on Amazon. DRS promotes recycling by attaching a deposit to the price of certain beverage products when they are sold, and by refunding that deposit when the empty container is ultimately returned for recycling.

As a Product Manager on the team, you will define the product vision, strategy, requirements and roadmap for multiple products for DRS. You will create consensus with both internal and external teams like software engineering, design, business, compliance, legal, public policy and external service provider teams. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the business, champion the needs of the customers and dive deep on technology and operational implications of the products you own.

Key job responsibilities

Define the vision and working backwards plan for building a frictionless registration product for our Sellers. Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment around priorities, features, and capabilities required to scale your product. Write requirements and specifications to meet business requirements and drive the product development schedule from design to release. Work closely with engineering, go to market, operations and other product teams to define and improve your product. Define, prioritize, and plan the resources needed for successful product delivery. Communicate product releases, impact and timelines to leaders and stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products - Experience with product cycles of 6+ months - Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
