Proven leadership experience in product management, driving product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes. Expertise in Agile and Lean practices, coaching teams and adapting approaches for success. Strong ability to translate business objectives and user needs into impactful product solutions. Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities. Data-driven decision-maker with experience in defining and monitoring product success metrics. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop product management professionals. Passionate advocate for user-centric design principles and innovation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage complex, high-risk, or sensitive product portfolios. Experience working within a large complex environment would be desirable.
