Amazon is looking for a senior product manager with proven experience in stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and detailed execution within our EU After Market Services team who will execute towards our 'Zero Waste' vision in close collaboration with teams across the EU Amazon Fulfilment Network and internationally. We are currently looking for a highly committed, entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to drive our efforts in Product Donations and Inventory Disposal Avoidance. He/she will partner with a large number of stakeholders, such as Worldwide tech teams, EU Operations, EU FBA, Retail Impact & Category teams, Legal, Compliance, and Charities themselves, to drive scalable and innovative solutions to minimize waste, increase efficiencies, and maximize the impact of our donations. The ideal candidate will leverage their ability to deliver results under ambiguity and to drive programs with cross-functional teams. He/she will have a sound business acumen, strong analytical skills and an ability to roll up their sleeves to deliver results while continuing to innovate. He/she will demonstrate a passion for the customer, for continuous improvement of business processes, and most importantly for making an impact on the environment. Finally, a successful candidate must be able to work across multiple internal teams, leverage existing Amazon resources, and influence even without direct authority. The role is highly visible, and it will require someone who is motivated to make a big impact. This role may be based in Paris, Luxembourg, Milan, Madrid, London, or Munich. Key job responsibilities

Drive EU Retail's zero waste efforts, focusing on eliminating avoidable inventory disposal across the EU Amazon fulfilment network and Retail business (feeding into the VP-level goal). Build and drive a roadmap focused around upcoming regulatory requirements in the area of product waste, with an emphasis on building clear reporting, influencing partner teams, and making tangible changes. Develop and scale Automated Donations for Retail, enabling efficient donation of lower recovery inventory to charitable organizations across all locations. Setup mechanisms to ensure product types and other configurations are set up correctly in our warehouses to maximize donation opportunities. Focus on the charity experience, gathering feedback, and adapting processes to send desired items for donations, while implementing tracking mechanisms for charity rejections. Partner extensively with teams across Amazon to maximize the company's overall impact through donations on community impact and zero waste goals. Think innovatively about ways to enable customers to be more sustainable, beyond just internal inventory management. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products - Experience with product cycles of 6+ months - Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology - Knowledge of accessing and analysing large amounts of data through queries (e.g., SQL, etc.) and/or building dashboards.
