Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before? How we started: Back in 2013, our founder Dwayne D’Souza saw an opportunity to give people faster and more convenient access to medications using technology. We've grown rapidly since our inception, without any external funding whatsoever – achieving profitability through innovation and a highly disciplined approach to growth. Where we are now: We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through our top-selling products and well-known brands: MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A lot of our success is down to having our own pharmacies, manufacturers and products – spearheaded by leading in-house medical teams, researchers and pharmacists. Between 2023 and 2024 our global revenue tripled; £60m to £180m (300% year-on-year growth). We're looking to do the same in 2025; move into new territories, and further accelerate our growth journey.

There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX. Where we’re going: Over the next five years, you’ll support our goal to become a world-leading healthcare partner, deepening our customer relationships, expanding into new countries, and diversifying our product portfolio to treat more conditions. You’ll be part of helping more people access prescription treatments and, most importantly, making personalised care better, quicker and easier for everyone. Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality! About the Role:

The Senior Product Manager we are seeking will be excited about driving product vision, strategy and execution in a rapidly growing domain in healthcare.

You’ll have access to multiple data sources including consumer behaviour analytics, user research, and experiment performance to maximise conversion rate, retention rate, and customer lifetime value.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to hone your product management skills while working with a diverse range of stakeholders, all committed to advancing healthcare through cutting-edge technology and operational strategies.

What you'll be doing: Lead the product strategy, assisting our customers throughout their healthcare journey. Collaborate with user research to build an in-depth understanding of the customer, their pains & jobs to be done, and where the opportunities exist for delight and differentiate experiences. Work closely with a cross-functional team including development, clinical, operations and growth to deliver measurable outcomes. Manage and prioritise the product backlog, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the development team clearly understands requirements. You will define test cases, participate in testing, and ensure high-quality product releases. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear communication to ensure alignment on product goals and requirements, and bringing insights into the organisation, celebrating successes and managing risks. Continuously evolve the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adapting as necessary. Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions, monitoring performance, user feedback, and market trends for continuous improvement. Maintain comprehensive (but lean) product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes. Who you are: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role. Have worked on D2C / B2C products with a significant number of users. Experience with A/B testing and optimization on landing pages. Have a deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels. Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity. Be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to design and execute against the evolving business needs. Life at HeliosX At HeliosX, we want to improve healthcare for everyone, and to do this we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition. We are currently a diverse team of engineers, scientists, clinical researchers, physicians, pharmacists, marketeers, and customer care specialists committed to our mission - but we need more talented folks to join us, if we want to achieve our global ambitions! Aside from working with our all-star team, here are the other benefits of coming on board: Generous equity allocations with significant upside potential 25 Days Holiday (+ all the usual Bank Holidays) Private health insurance, along with extra dental and eye care cover Enhanced parental leave Cycle-to-work Scheme Electric Car Scheme Free Dermatica and MedExpress products every month, as well as family discounts Home office allowance Access to a Headspace subscription, discounted gym memberships, and a learning and development budget (alongside a free Kindle and audible subscription)
