The Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy for our breakout product Connect and ensuring the success of our continuous discovery and iterative development process. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and market trends while fostering confidence in our vision and approach.

What You'll Do:

Shape Strategy: Define and refine the Connect product strategy that aligns with business goals and emerging market opportunities, ensuring prioritization is customer-centric and data-driven. Champion Discovery: Lead continuous product discovery by engaging deeply with customers to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions. Drive Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to advocate for our products and processes, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. Deliver Consistently: Ensure seamless and consistent delivery by leveraging modern, continuous product management techniques. Measure Success: Define KPIs, evaluate performance, and use data-driven insights and metrics to optimize and iterate on product offerings. Lead Excellence: Mentor and inspire junior product managers, championing best practices and cultivating a high-performing, customer-focused product team. Requirements: About You:
