Come help us build the future of Web3 and digital ownership. About the Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Trade team and eventually our Trade group. MoonPay's Trade team owns our two most successful products, On Ramp & Off Ramp. The team is fast moving, obsessed with building world class experiences and constantly looking to stay two steps ahead of the market and our competitors. These products have been used by millions of people, and live across our own Consumer App and 800+ partners like Metamask, Uniswap, Phantom and TrustWallet. What you will do Understand your market, product and customers better than anyone in the world. Continuously look at data, and identify opportunities to improve conversion or provide more delightful experiences to customers. Work closely with designers to build beautiful, functional and valuable experiences that solve real problems for our customers. Work with our partners, and understand how our products can better solve their problems and hope we can stay ahead of competitors. Think strategically, and define the future vision for how users turn fiat to crypto and crypto to fiat. Think end to end, working with Sales, Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering to ensure new features are successful. Own your own roadmap, OKRs and processes to ensure your team delivers high quality products quickly and safely. Build world class payment experiences, help us expand and build the next generation of crypto payment products. About You Experience:
You have 5+ years Product Management experience in cryptocurrency, web3, fintech or a super fast moving startup. Data Literate:
You are experienced in using data to make tough decisions, and have run multiple successful A/B tests in previous roles. User Centric:
You are confident speaking to customers (and partners) and better understanding their problems. Ownership:
You are confident demonstrating extreme end to end ownership in your day to day and doing whatever it takes to make your product successful. Hunger:
You're hungry to win, and you want to ensure that you and your product improve every day. Smart:
You're smart, and you can go deep on small tactical features, while also thinking deeply about the future of the industry. Entrepreneurial:
