As a Senior Product Manager for the Voice product area, you will be responsible for defining and delivering solutions that address complex customer problems while driving business outcomes. The voice team’s goal is to build world-class voice products that empower retail associates by making in-store communication easier and more intuitive. This area focuses on voice services, AI integration, and voice activation - key technologies that are reshaping how retail businesses communicate and operate. This role is not about simply managing a backlog or executing tasks handed down from leadership. It’s about owning the product vision, deeply understanding customer needs, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Requirements for Senior Product Manager A strong foundation in product management principles with at least 5+ years of experience in building technology products. A proven history of delivering innovative products that solve meaningful customer problems while meeting business objectives. An understanding of voice interfaces and AI frameworks such as large language models or machine learning systems. Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, and business teams in an agile environment. Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset: Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to guide product decisions, set KPIs, and track progress. Agile Product Management: Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing agile teams or working within agile frameworks. User-Centric Design: A deep commitment to building solutions that focus on customer needs, with an eye for enhancing the user experience and driving high adoption rates. Pragmatism and Focus: You balance ambition with realism, ensuring product decisions are both innovative and solve real end user problems. Adaptability: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and pivoting strategies when market conditions or customer needs evolve. Empathy for Users and Teams: Deeply understand customer pain points whilst also appreciating the challenges faced by internal stakeholders like engineers or sales teams. Resilience and Growth Mindset: Views challenges as opportunities to learn and improve, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth. Confidence with Humility: Able to advocate for their vision while remaining open to feedback and alternative perspectives. Responsibilities as Senior Product Manager Own the Product Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the Voice product area that aligns with VoCoVo’s broader strategy. Drive Outcomes, Not Outputs: Focus on solving real customer problems in ways that create measurable business value. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that are both feasible and desirable. Lead Innovation in Voice & AI: Explore opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies such as voice activation systems, AI frameworks (e.g., machine learning models), and unified communication tools into VoCoVo’s offerings. Deliver Results: Work with teams to translate product strategies into actionable roadmaps, user stories, and requirements in a fast-paced environment. Salary Salary range: £75,000 - £85,000
