WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

The Senior Product Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving the execution of product marketing strategies for Endura products. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, this role requires a proactive and organised professional with experience in marketing, product storytelling, and GTM planning. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and creative minds to champion product launches and craft compelling product positioning that resonates with our target audience. By ensuring every detail reflects our passion for cycling, you'll help push boundaries, elevate our brand, and fuel the euphoria of the ride for every customer.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Senior Product Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:

Driving Product Strategy and Positioning

Collaborating with product development to identify key features and benefits of new products. Creating clear and compelling product messaging that aligns with our brand values. Owning Go-to-Market Execution for product marketing Leading the development of sell-in tools, including co-creating sell-in decks with the Retail Marketing Manager. Managing seasonal launches, including brochures, product photography, and other creative assets. Planning and overseeing photoshoots for product campaigns (lifestyle, studio, and showroom). Delivering Compelling Content Partnering with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials like photography, videos, and product descriptions. Coordinating translations for global product materials to ensure consistency across markets. Managing Critical Path and Collaboration Taking ownership of day-to-day activities on the critical path to ensure projects are delivered on time. Acting as a key liaison between marketing, design, merchandising, and content teams to ensure alignment.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

You just might be our next superstar if you have the following experience:

3-5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing, preferably in the sports or cycling industry. A strong passion for cycling, outdoor sports, or active lifestyles. Proven ability to manage product launches and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product stories. Highly organised with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
