Your role: The Senior Product Marketing Manager is an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager with a focus on financial services. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive the adoption and success of our products and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry (compliance regulations experience would be a plus), the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and excellent writing skills – this is a must! Your responsibilities: Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand positioning, product adoption and market share. Product Positioning and Messaging:

Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our customers, differentiates our products from competitors, and effectively communicates value propositions. Go-to-Market Strategy:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and other teams, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Create marketing plans, campaigns, and sales enablement materials to support product launches ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies tailored to the respective audiences. Sales Enablement:

Develop sales enablement tools and resources, such as brochures, datasheets, presentations, website content, sales guides, battlecards, and FAQs, to empower the sales team to effectively position and sell our solutions. Customer Success:

Collaborate with the customer success team to gather customer feedback, success stories, and testimonials. Leverage customer insights to Implemented customer-centric approaches, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy through targeted communication and relationship-building initiatives. Collaboration:

Guide the marketing team on the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure cohesive and alignment across the organization. Metrics and Reporting:

Define key performance indicators (KPI’s) and track marketing campaign effectiveness, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements. Analyze customer feedback, industry reports, and market data to inform product strategy and positioning About you: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on compliance/financial regulations or technology-driven industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Demonstrated ability to develop impactful marketing collateral and content tailored to our customers, including product materials, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, etc. Familiarity with sales enablement and working closely with sales teams/ customer success to drive product adoption. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
