Brief intro to the role TransferRoom is looking for a curious and inquisitive Senior Product Marketing Manager to orchestrate go-to-market activities, develop robust messaging and high-quality product marketing content. You will be working in the heart of the business at the intersection of marketing, product, data, sales and customer success and will be a subject matter expert when it comes to communicating our product and features.

What you’ll be doing Work with Product Managers to lead and coordinate launches for new products and features and oversee their successful launch and adoption Own the creation and ongoing management of product value propositions, messaging and benefits, delivered through strong storytelling that will resonate with our customers and prospects Own readiness of the marketing team for GTM launches, to ensure all marketing messaging, content and plans are coordinated and of a high-quality Plan and build product marketing content for our customers and prospects including in-product messaging, product/feature demos, explainer/how-to content, case studies and product round-ups, in the format of videos, webinars, blogs, one-pagers, presentation slides and other formats Utilise customer research to develop a strong understanding of customers' needs and pain points to ensure that product communication is positioned in the most effective way Utilise competitive analysis to understand the market to build our strongest points of differentiation Collaborate with Product Managers, the wider marketing team and other stakeholders to build and deploy a communications plan for each product and feature launch Collaborate with product, sales and customer success teams to monitor and communicate the value of an existing feature to customers through a range of channels Support the Sales Enablement team to our commercial teams on new product features Play a central role in communicating and messaging our products at the TransferRoom Summits (online and in person events hosted quarterly) Characteristics Organized: Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Storyteller: Ability to build concise value propositions and turn them into a compelling narrative and messaging for our sales and marketing teams Action-oriented: A hands-on doer who strives to get things done Curious: Excited about understanding customer needs and pains Collaborative: Team player with excellent collaboration and communications skills and a positive attitude Concise: Ability to say more with less and communicate effectively Results-driven: Sets and achieves ambitious goals Who you are Previous product marketing experience 4 years minimum at a B2B SaaS company Demonstrated success in launching new products, creating product marketing contentand collaborating with go-to-market teams You are well versed in leading a variety of product marketing initiatives from creating a value-based narrative around existing products and features to launching new products and features from conceptualization to successful adoption Demonstrated success implementing scalable content and collateral such as slides, videos, copy etc., to explain products and features Well-versed in working with new products and features, from conceptualization to messaging to successful adoption Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience Passionate and knowledgeable about football domain What’s in it for you
