Role Overview In this role, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will own product marketing across our business. This will involve working closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing. You will own the go-to-market strategy for new product releases alongside sales enablement, deal support, customer communication, and messaging. Working in a fast-growing product business supporting 100's of customers and millions of users globally, this is a great opportunity to showcase the power of product marketing. You will be able to make this role your own and define what exceptional Product Marketing should look like. Responsibilities Sales enablement:

Building a suite of demos, talk tracks, slide decks to support sales to overcome objections, understand our value against competitors, and close deals. GTM:

Lead new product launches including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement, through partnership with Product, Campaigns, Sales, and Customer Success. Post-sales support:

Support implementation and customer success teams with solution overviews, feature updates, demos, and blog posts for them to use with customers as part of the onboarding process. Product feedback:

Gather user voices and feedback from our customers and consolidate them for the product team, to continuously iterate on our products to make them better. Market intelligence:

Gather industry, competitor & customer research to inform leadership, sales, and product teams. Communications:

Own product updates and roadmap communications to keep our internal stakeholders informed and effective. What are we looking for? Proven

product marketing experience in B2B SaaS Clear understanding in the

fundamentals of product marketing

from strategy and planning to day-to-day execution. Comfortable working with teams/stakeholders in

defining a Go To Market strategy

and executing on it. Example of where you've
