As a Senior Production Engineer, you will be a key member of the Production Engineering team, responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing new technologies, and driving continuous improvement across operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and introduce innovative methods and technologies. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to solve problems and identify solutions. Provide feedback on potential product or process improvements, supported by data and technical insight. Conduct technical reviews of proposed manufacturing changes, ensuring alignment with quality standards and product functionality. Manage high-value capital expenditure projects, ensuring successful implementation and sustained impact. Promote Lean Six Sigma principles within engineering activities. Identify and evaluate new equipment and processes, building robust business cases for capital investments. Support production engineering troubleshooting and technical challenges. About You

You are an experienced, self-motivated engineer with a strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering. Your problem-solving mindset and ability to manage projects effectively make you a natural fit for this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and can build strong relationships across teams. Essential Skills & Experience:

HND or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. Full UK driving license. Desirable Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of SAP. Programming experience. Bachelor's Degree or higher. Experience in quality and production engineering environments. CAD skills (Autodesk). Ready to Apply?
