Senior Production Manager
to oversee and manage the production of our animated series and projects. As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of production are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Main Responsibilities: Lead and manage the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all stages of the production process. Maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring all milestones are met according to the project timelines. Coordinate with directors, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure that creative and technical requirements are aligned. Monitor the progress of production, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to keep the project on track. Oversee budget management, including cost tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting to ensure that the production remains within budget. Facilitate effective communication between all departments, ensuring that information is accurately conveyed and that any issues are promptly addressed. Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team, with a positive and productive work environment.
