Excellent Salary Based on Experience This company specialises in large scale graphics for commercial interiors. They are renowned for their memorable work, creating large format printed displays that are resilient and durable, for indoor and outdoor use. As Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing all aspects of production, from scheduling and resource allocation to final product delivery Ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects, meeting quality standards Team Leadership, leading, mentoring, and motivating the production team Developing and maintaining efficient production workflows, identifying areas for improvement. Establishing and enforcing quality control procedures to ensure all products meet client specifications, minimising waste and achieve KPIs Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed Key attributes required: Must have experience within large format digital print production In-depth understanding of large format printing, materials, and production processes Great communication skills, the ability to liaise across teams and build relationships Strong team management experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operators Capacity to foster a collaborative and safety-first workplace culture Expertise in workflow optimization to ensure efficient production schedules If you have the print knowledge and the skills for maintaining a motivated, highly trained, and engaged team we want to hear from you!
