As Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing all aspects of production, from scheduling and resource allocation to final product delivery Ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects, meeting quality standards Team Leadership, leading, mentoring, and motivating the production team Developing and maintaining efficient production workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
