We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects that are critical to our growth and operational efficiency. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in the service industry, a solid understanding of digital transformation, and a proven track record in agile project management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Work closely with the CEO, executive team, and key stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, engineering, and external vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Implement and champion agile project management practices across all initiatives, driving continuous improvement and adaptability. Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and cost constraints. Provide regular updates to the CEO and other stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure transparent communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes by the operational and engineering teams. Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing large-scale digital transformation projects. Strong background in the service industry, preferably with experience in sectors involving field operations, maintenance, or engineering. Proven experience in delivering digital solutions that drive operational efficiencies, enhance customer service, and support business growth. Proficient in agile methodologies, with a track record of successfully implementing agile practices in complex projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. A degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable. Willingness to travel across the UK, particularly for project meetings in Yorkshire and Northampton.
