As a Senior Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality career development programme for creative freelancers and entrepreneurs aged 18-30. Specifically, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Inflexion Workspace and develop strategic initiatives that enhance Roundhouse’s broader creative offerings. Based within the Roundhouse Works building, the workspace offers a unique coworking space for young freelancers and creative entrepreneurs to build their businesses and portfolios. About You
To be considered as a Senior Programme Manager, you will need: Proven experience as a programming or operations manager Experience working with creative freelancers and entrepreneurs The ability to take a strategic lead in delivering impactful programmes A strong understanding of youth self-employment and entrepreneurship You will also need a current and acceptable enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the role.
