Position Overview:
As a Senior Architect, you will oversee a dedicated design team and take full responsibility for managing projects from inception to final handover.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to shape project concepts that meet their expectations and needs.
- Collaborate across design teams to convert concepts into planning application packages, technical drawings, and construction documents for tender and build phases.
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and chair project review meetings as required.
- Coordinate with contractors and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- ARB/RIBA-registered Architect with a minimum of five years of experience post-Part 3 qualification.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects, ideally with experience in the education or healthcare sectors.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant expertise and project leadership.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
