They are currently looking for a Senior Project Architect to lead and manage high-profile projects from initial concept through to completion. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create designs that are not only functional and visually engaging but also aligned with clients' visions and goals.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Architect, you will oversee a dedicated design team and take full responsibility for managing projects from inception to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to shape project concepts that meet their expectations and needs.
  • Collaborate across design teams to convert concepts into planning application packages, technical drawings, and construction documents for tender and build phases.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits and chair project review meetings as required.
  • Coordinate with contractors and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • ARB/RIBA-registered Architect with a minimum of five years of experience post-Part 3 qualification.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, ideally with experience in the education or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant expertise and project leadership.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
