Senior Project Delivery Manager Are you an experienced Project Delivery Manager with a passion for leading high-impact digital transformation projects? Do you excel in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments? Our client, a leading Public Sector Digital Transformation Consultancy, is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of major public sector software deployments. This is a unique opportunity to lead mission-critical initiatives across Local Government, Military, Defence, and Security sectors. Why This Role? Play a key leadership role in a high-profile national project. Work in a dynamic environment managing multiple digital transformation projects. Collaborate with top industry professionals, driving digital innovation in critical sectors. Flexible hybrid working model - typically 1 to 2 days on-site in Milton Keynes, with remote work for the remainder of the week. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver complex digital transformation projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution. Define and manage project scope, objectives, and success criteria, aligning with client needs and business goals. Oversee project performance, using data-driven analysis and reporting to track progress and mitigate risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring smooth collaboration. Manage supplier partnerships, ensuring a consistent and professional approach to project execution. Work within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches to suit project needs. Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency. What We're Looking For:

Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale software or IT service delivery projects. Strong experience in project performance analysis, risk management, and reporting. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders towards common project goals. Experience working in public sector, defence, or highly regulated environments is desirable. A background in Business Analysis, Software Engineering, Technical Consultancy, Systems Engineering, or Solution Design is a plus. Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC or DV clearance is desirable). What's on Offer?
