Clear ownership of the project delivery in all aspects. Ensure that capital projects are achieved on time and budget and meet specification and agreed deliverables. Regular status reporting for all capital projects highlighting risks, dependencies & solutions. Assessment of Capital Project timelines, budgets, and phasing, including development of project forecast and financial planning. To ensure that preferred equipment suppliers are identified, which deliver against agreed Reckitt standards and deliver value throughout the project. Work closely with the Internal procurement team, so that contracts and appropriate legal documentation for new equipment is in place, has been fully negotiated and confirm that payment milestones are agreed against project delivery. Ensure that all project plans and deliverables are kept up to date and available for review and communicated to the management team. Ensure OEM partners deliver as expected to strict time frames, quality and budget requirements. Manage multiple projects at any one time, whilst efficiently utilising internal and external resources whilst maintaining the highest levels of H&S and GMP conditions. The experience we're looking for

Achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment. Ability to demonstrate strong team working and leadership of the required delivery team where required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels. Ability to manage multiple activities. Flexible to respond to changing priorities. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant Project or Maintenance Engineering Experience, ideally in an FMCG or GMP environment. Engineering or relevant STEM degree or Engineering Apprenticeship.
